The “Cour’Age” is a trans-European project which aims to create a new type of training for adults in professional transition. We chose to tackle a complicated socio-economic context, where high unemployment rates meet an aging 
population and a major slowdown in economic activity following the Covid pandemic, by bringing courage and initiate change through theatrical practice, providing theatrical skills to be used for further professional development and creating self confidence and while offering a professional network.

Who are we?
The project unites five countries : Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece and Italy, each represented by experienced professionals in the field of Performing Arts.
Open Acting Academy – Konservatorium für Schauspiel
The Open Acting Academy – Conservatory of Drama, is a private training facility for theatre and film acting, offering a 4-year professional diploma programme alongside a unique course system open to people of all ages and professions seeking to further their emotional competence, better their communication skills and optimise their artistic capabilities.
Ecoculture
Based in Brussels, our non-profit is active in the training of youth activity leaders. Ecoculture has developed a unique way of revealing character, professional as well as personal abilities and gain self-confidence through the use of psychology and pedagogy inspired by the interpretation of the Stanislavski Theatrical Method.
Theaterwerkstatt Hannover GmbH
This theatre offers ambitious workshops and spectacles with a background of social discourse. The Workshop frequently works with non-European partners and audiences, infusing many foreign traditional influences in their own work. It also offers shows supported by new technologies in order to improve the narration and the immersion of the spectators.
Teatro Ef
Theatro Ef was founded in 2012 by artistic director Giorgis Sfiris and five founding members. It operates as an Urban Non-Profit Company with the aim of promoting the art of theatre in the city of Thessaloniki and initiating of more people in physical theatre, to link mind and body and improve the perception each person has of oneself and the others.
Present Being Performer Laboratory
Present Being Performer Laboratory, founded by Aliki Dourmazer in 2014 in Thessaloniki, is dedicated to provide a multi-disciplined physical theatre education, training future theatre professionals and performance creators of combined arts. It presents innovative, subversive 
performances, combining the arts of physical theatre – vocal research – contemporary dance - acrobatic - song in theatrical and non-theatrical venues. The Laboratory aims to provide a safe, positive environment for self-growth and artistic discovery.

Atelier Teatro Fisico Philip Radice
Founded in 1995 by Philip Radice, Atelier Teatro Fisico Philip Radiceis an internationally recognized nonprofit social promotion association and Arci club. It offers alternative, comprehensive and intensive theatrical training aimed at future performing arts professionals, with the aim of providing a 360-degree training in the performing arts.

By implementing the «Cour’Age» project, we aim to develop an alternative multidisciplinary training for disadvantaged adult learners, to help them improve their socio-professional path and integrate into European society. To do so, we intent to bring together transversal theatrical and visual skills.
